Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Asset Management PT Kamoro Maxima Integra
As Asset Management, you will be responsible for:
- Asset & Inventory Management: Manage IT asset receiving, verification, labeling, and storage; monitor inbound/outbound asset movement; ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records; and handle asset lifecycle activities including refresh, assignment, and replacement
- System & Ticket Handling: Process asset-related tickets (requests, returns, availability); update and maintain asset records; coordinate asset handover to Desktop Engineers or end users; and ensure all activities comply with procedures and SLA
- Documentation & Audit Support: Maintain and archive asset documentation; organize storage based on asset categories and usage; and support inventory verification, stock checks, and audit activities
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work onsite in Manyar, Gresik, East Java. Already live in Gresik will be prioritized.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as Asset Management Admin, Inventory Admin, or IT Support Admin
- Basic understanding of ITSM/Ticketing System (ServiceNow is a strong advantage)
- Good attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Comfortable working with both physical assets and system records
