Job Title: Solution / Tech Architect (Mortgage Transformation) – Freelance/Daily Rate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution / Tech Architect to support our Tech Lead on a strategic Mortgage Transformation project. In this role, you will evaluate existing application architectures, design target architectures, and translate complex business process changes into technical system impacts within a banking environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Architectural Assessment: Evaluate current application architecture, identify non-functional and technology gaps, and document impacted systems and data flows.

Target Architecture Design: Collaborate with and support the Tech Lead in designing target architectures aligned with mortgage transformation goals.

Process & System Integration: Translate business process changes into precise technical and system impacts.

Architecture Modeling: Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and build clear architecture models to guide execution teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Solution Architecture, Tech Architecture, or Business Architecture.

Industry Experience: Proven background in banking application landscapes and banking system architectures (prior experience in Mortgage systems/transformation is a strong plus).

Core Competencies:

Proficiency in architecture modeling methodologies and tools.

Strong expertise in requirements traceability and gap analysis.

Excellent capability in translating business needs into technical designs and data flow documentation.

Working Arrangement & Terms

Location: Work From Office (WFO) at Client Office – Jakarta Area.

Contract Type: Dedicated Freelancer / Daily Rate Basis.

Working Hours: Follows client schedule (approx. 8–12 hours/day).

Compensation & Benefits Terms:

Daily rate arrangement (No work, no pay basis).

No paid leave or additional benefit packages provided.
