Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for business applications and resolve user issues.
- Troubleshoot application errors and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor application performance and assist in updates or deployments.
- Document solutions and support procedures for internal use.
- Assist users with application functionality and access-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or application support role.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and the ability to run and understand queries (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, APIs, browser-based applications).
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and incident management processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
