Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Application Support
- Understanding of SDLC concepts (Waterfall and/or Agile)
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Familiar with Monitoring and Application Support tools
- Understanding of Grafana/Kibana tools
- Experience working in an application development team
- Understanding of banking business processes
- Willing to work in a Bank with a shifting schedule
- Able to join immediately
Job Descriptions
- Coordinate, perform health checks, and analyze existing applications.
- Recommend corrective actions based on incident data, including operational issues.
- Provide support for application testing activities in production during changes or enhancements.
- Proactively deliver efficient and optimal solutions in application management.
- Support Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) testing for applications.
- Perform improvements to enhance application operational processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of system failures.
- Provide support according to directions from the person in charge of the related application.
