Deskripsi pekerjaan:

Menyelesaikan masalah yang terkait dengan aplikasi.
Melakukan troubleshoot sistem dan mencari solusi serta memperbaiki bersama dengan developer.
Membuat log issue dan catatan perbaikan serta operation guide sistem.

Persyaratan:

Minimal D3 Teknologi Informasi / Sistem Informasi/ sejenisnya.
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan MySQL, atau Database lainnya.
Mampu menganalisis dan mengatasi masalah pada aplikasi.
Memiliki tanggung jawab, disiplin, rasa ingin tahu yang besar, kritis, komunikasi yang baik.
Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim.
Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
Bersedia berkerja dalam sistem shift.
Penempatan kerja di client secara WFO Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi
