Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Application Support (handling core/major applications.
- Experience as a Java Software Engineer is a plus (especially in application design & development)
- Familiar with Python, Linux command, PostgreSQL Database, Ms. SQL Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x or later.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good command in English and Bahasa (actively)
- Willing to work outside office hour when needed
Job Description:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Software engineer and Users to produce MFT designs.
- Formulate File transfer solution, workflow and task.
- Perform regular and ad hoc maintenance of UAT and production/DR environment.
- Perform investigation and root cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issue within spesific timeline, during and after working hours.
- Provide assistance with software support and troubleshooting through interaction with the user.
- Perform system testing, implementation and modification.
- Support production and development activities in OS and Application level.
- Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient.
-Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for user support.
