IT & Video Content Support
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Multimedia, Content Creation, or a related role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a relevant portfolio.
- Proficient in troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, internet networks, and other IT equipment.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Skilled in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications.
- Able to capture and edit photos and videos for the company's social media and marketing needs.
- Knowledge of CCTV system installation, configuration, and maintenance is an advantage.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in managing a company website using WordPress is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure all company IT systems and devices operate efficiently and optimally.
- Manage IT asset inventory and perform regular maintenance.
- Capture photos and videos for promotional purposes, company event documentation, and social media content.
- Edit videos and create engaging visual content to support the company's branding and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the quality of visuals, audio, and messaging in all published content.
