Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), or other technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with users, vendors, and development teams.
- Familiar with system testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Draw.io, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
