Job Description
• Support internal operational and administrative activities within sub divisions under the GM Customer Success Arupa (IT Team)
• Monitor and track internal task progress, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities and deliverables.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), meeting summaries, project documentation, and administrative reports in a structured manner.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, task tracking, reports, and schedules regularly.
• Assist in workload management and help ensure tasks are prioritized effectively.
• Support communication and coordination between divisions to ensure operational needs are fulfilled properly.
• Assist in preparing reports, data recaps, and other administrative requirements.
• Support operational activities related to IT Infrastructure, Cloud Environment, and Customer Success operations.
• Assist the team with administrative tasks, scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting activities.
• Ensure documentation and operational deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in administration, operations, project coordination, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and workload management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Familiar with preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM), summaries, and task documentation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Teams Environment
• Basic understanding of Cloud, IT Infrastructure, or operational workflow management is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
