Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Islamic Montessori Kindergarten Teacher based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, providing individualized attention to students, incorporating Islamic values into daily activities, and maintaining a supportive and engaging classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include ongoing assessment of student progress, effective classroom management, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching
- Strong skills in Communication and Education
- In-depth understanding of Islamic teachings and values
- Excellent classroom management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and parents
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
- Previous experience in a Montessori setting is a plus
