Deskripsi pekerjaan IR & Legal PT Prevented Ocean Plastic Indonesia
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Law / Human Resource Management.
- At least 1 year of working experience as law preferably in plastic recycling and/or plastic manufacturing
- 1 Year + Experience as IR & Legal
- Strong knowledge of labor law, regulation, and employment practices
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have good time management and prioritizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handle the legality and licensing of the company
- Prepare and review company policies to comply with employment regulations
- Handle employment issues such as disputes, sanctions, and termination of employment
- Establish good relations with government agencies related to employment (disnaker)
- Manage the disciplinary action and grievance handling process fairly and professionally
