Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Have a good understanding of invoicing and accounting processes.
Able to operate accounting software and Excel well.
Thorough, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
At least 1 year of experience in the same field is an added value.
Responsibilities :
Process and manage customer invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
Oversee and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve invoice related issues
Prepare financial reports related to invoices.
Maintain necessary documentation and records properly.
Perform other administrative duties as required
Performing document scanning.
Providing stamps and duty stamps on invoice documents.
Willing to learn and understand all invoice staff work processes.
