About the Role

Gluck International Corp is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to manage investor relationships, support fundraising initiatives, and develop strategic investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential investors, including HNWIs, VCs, and institutional funds.

- Develop financial models, investment proposals, and pitch decks.

- Lead investor presentations and fundraising discussions.

- Assist with investment structuring and term sheets.

- Maintain investor relationships, reporting, and CRM pipelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- 3–6+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or VC.

- Strong financial modeling and fundraising skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

- CFA or MBA is a plus.

- Based in Jakarta or Greater Jakarta and available for in-office meetings.
