Deskripsi pekerjaan Investment Analyst (Staff / Manager) JPA Recruitment

Tunas Group is seeking talented Investment Analysts at both Staff and Manager levels to support the company's strategic investment initiatives across industrial estate, property development, infrastructure, and new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, feasibility studies, market research, investment evaluation, and providing strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Conduct financial feasibility studies for investment and development projects.

- Develop and maintain financial models for project evaluation.

- Perform investment analysis using DCF, NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback Period, and sensitivity analysis.

- Analyze project costs, revenues, profitability, and financial risks.

- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis.

- Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and presentations for management.

- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion projects.

- Support annual budgeting, business planning, and financial forecasting.

- Monitor project financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.

- Coordinate with Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Legal, Project, and Operations teams.

- Assist in due diligence activities for investment, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

- Prepare regular investment reports, executive summaries, and management dashboards.

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level)

- Lead and oversee investment evaluation activities across multiple projects.

- Review and approve financial models prepared by the investment team.

- Develop long-term investment strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Lead negotiations with investors, financial institutions, consultants, and strategic partners.

- Present investment recommendations to senior management and Board of Directors.

- Mentor and develop Investment Analysts while ensuring high-quality analytical output.

- Manage project portfolios and monitor investment performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of:

- Financial Modeling

- Corporate Finance

- Investment Analysis

- Financial Statement Analysis

- Project Feasibility Study

- Capital Budgeting

- Risk Assessment

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

- Willing to be based in Batam.

Staff Qualifications

- Minimum **2–5 years** of experience in Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, Banking, Consulting, or Business Development.

- Able to build financial models and perform investment analysis independently.

- Experience in property, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial estate projects is preferred.

Manager Qualifications

- Minimum **8 years** of experience in Investment, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, or Investment Banking.

- Minimum **3 years** in a managerial or team leadership role.

- Experience leading feasibility studies, investment strategies, and major capital projects.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in industrial estate, real estate, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries.

- Familiar with DCF, NPV, IRR, ROI, Sensitivity Analysis, and Scenario Analysis.

- CFA, FMVA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.

- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is a plus.

- Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, and Project Financing is highly preferred.
