Objective:
Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system data to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across store & warehouse
- Conduct stock opname and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor all stock movements (inbound, outbound, transfer)
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues
- Coordinate with store & warehouse team
- Prepare basic inventory reports
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in inventory/warehouse (retail is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Familiar with Excel / inventory system
- Good problem-solving skills
