Job Description

Melaksanakan cycle count harian berdasarkan zona gudang untuk memastikan seluruh SKU terkontrol dan dilakukan pengecekan secara berkala.
Melaksanakan full stock opname bulanan bersama tim Warehouse serta memastikan hasil perhitungan sesuai dengan data sistem.
Mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan menginvestigasi setiap discrepancy antara stok fisik dan sistem, termasuk melakukan root cause analysis dan corrective action.
Melakukan verifikasi setiap proses inbound dari vendor, meliputi quantity berdasarkan PO, kondisi fisik barang, serta memastikan seluruh data terinput dengan akurat ke WMS.
Melaporkan setiap discrepancy inbound kepada tim Purchasing & Vendor Specialist maksimal 1 hari kerja setelah ditemukan.
Memastikan seluruh barang inbound telah melalui proses Quality Control (QC) sebelum ditempatkan pada lokasi penyimpanan.
Memantau critical stock level dan memberikan reorder alert kepada Head of Operations untuk mencegah terjadinya stockout.
Melakukan monitoring dead stock, mengidentifikasi SKU yang tidak mengalami pergerakan selama >60 hari, serta melaporkan temuannya kepada tim Merchandising/Product.
Mengelola dan memastikan akurasi bin location di gudang, sehingga setiap SKU memiliki lokasi penyimpanan yang jelas, tetap, dan terdokumentasi.
Memastikan sinkronisasi data stok marketplace seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia dengan sistem WMS serta melakukan pengecekan apabila terdapat perbedaan data.

Qualifications

Pengalaman 2–4 tahun di bidang Inventory Management, Stock Control, atau Warehouse Operations.
Berpengalaman di industri retail, fashion, e-commerce, atau consumer goods dengan jumlah SKU yang banyak.
Memahami WMS, termasuk input data, cycle count, stock adjustment, inventory tracking, dan reporting.
Terbiasa melakukan cycle count, full stock opname, dan inventory reconciliation.
Mampu melakukan analisis discrepancy dan root cause analysis antara stok fisik dan sistem.
Memahami inbound verification, QC, dan bin location management.
Familiar dengan sinkronisasi inventory antara WMS dan marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok Shop.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, problem solving, dan reporting yang baik.
Detail-oriented, sistematis, teliti, dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap akurasi data.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim lintas divisi.
