Deskripsi pekerjaan Inventory Accounting Staff Super Energy

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Accounting Staff to support our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, ensuring the availability of critical components, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support stock accuracy, cost control, and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels of maintenance spare parts.
  • Ensure the availability of critical spare parts for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Prevent stock shortages and overstock situations through effective inventory control.
  • Track inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.

Administration & Documentation

  • Record all incoming and outgoing spare parts transactions in the inventory system.
  • Prepare regular inventory and spare parts usage reports.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to maintenance and inventory activities.
  • Ensure inventory data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding spare parts requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team and vendors to procure required spare parts.
  • Support maintenance shutdowns and equipment overhauls by ensuring spare parts availability.

Inventory Optimization

  • Analyze fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete spare parts.
  • Recommend inventory improvements to optimize stock levels and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to spare parts management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spare parts inventory, warehouse operations, maintenance support, or inventory control.
  3. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse administration.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Accurate
  5. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  6. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  7. Experience in manufacturing, industrial gas, or heavy equipment industries is an advantage.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
