We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate about recruitment, people, and talent development to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
* Support end-to-end recruitment activities
* Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
* Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
* Maintain and develop talent pipelines
* Support recruitment administration and reporting
* Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns
* Conduct candidate research and market mapping
* Collaborate with the team on talent-related projects
What We’re Looking For:
* Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields
* Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
* Willing to learn and take initiative
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* Previous recruitment experience is a plus
