Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Membantu tim Recruitment dalam menjaga dan mengelola booth recruitment selama periode acara.
  • Membantu memasarkan informasi lowongan kerja kepada pengunjung dan calon kandidat.
  • Mendukung kegiatan employer branding serta memperkenalkan profil dan budaya perusahaan kepada publik.
  • Menjelaskan informasi mengenai lowongan kerja, proses rekrutmen, dan company profile kepada calon kandidat.
  • Membantu mengarahkan kandidat yang tertarik untuk melamar pekerjaan.
  • Memastikan booth selalu dalam kondisi rapi, aktif, dan siap melayani pengunjung.

Kualifikasi:

  • Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari berbagai jurusan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan public speaking yang baik.
  • Percaya diri dan nyaman berbicara dengan banyak orang.
  • Mampu menjelaskan informasi secara jelas, menarik, dan profesional.
  • Berpenampilan rapi serta memiliki attitude yang baik.
  • Proaktif, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
  • Memiliki minat di bidang Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, atau Human Resources.
