Job Description
- Assist the Purchasing team with daily purchasing and administrative tasks.
- Help collect quotations and product information from vendors.
- Assist in comparing prices and preparing price comparison sheets.
- Follow up with vendors regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing and organizing Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and other purchasing documents.
- Update vendor, pricing, and purchasing data in Google Sheets.
- Help monitor pending orders and delivery status.
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance for basic purchasing-related information and documents.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized purchasing records.
- Support other purchasing tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicating in English, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Internship Duration: full time 3 months
Work Location: In person
