We are a professional law firm committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and integrity-driven legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our team as a Public Relations (PR).
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and develop company communication materials, including press releases, articles, and publications.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s image and reputation.
- Manage and develop content for social media and other digital communication platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (particularly the legal team) regarding company publications and activities.
- Organize and manage company events such as seminars, webinars, and client gatherings.
- Handle public inquiries and issues with a professional and appropriate approach.
- Ensure all communication activities comply with legal ethics and maintain client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Fresh graduated and familiar Public Relations, preferably within a professional services firm or law firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong understanding of communication strategies, media relations, and corporate branding.
- Experienced in managing social media and creating digital content.
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and highly professional.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established media network or relations.
- Experience in organizing events such as seminars or webinars.
- Knowledge or experience in the legal industry is an advantage.
