Qualification:
- Students or graduates of SMK / D3 / S1 in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related majors.
- Familiar with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or similar.
- Have an understanding of SCRUM.
- Able to create project requirement documents
- Placement in Malang with a hybrid work setup (WFO & WFH) for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for testing applications to ensure they run smoothly and meet requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to application testing.
- Develop user manuals or application guides for end-users.
- Prepare supporting documents required for project activities.
- Communicate with clients to provide guidance and support on how to use the application.
- Create support tickets for any issues that need to be resolved by the development team.
