We are looking for an HR Intern with an interest in the creative industry to support hiring, onboarding, and basic people operations. This role is suitable for someone who wants hands-on experience in HR systems while working closely with creative teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment, Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including CV and portfolio screening, interview coordination, offering support, and onboarding.
- Support a smooth and positive candidate and new-hire experience.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities such as contract administration and offboarding.
- Follow and support recruitment and onboarding SOPs.
HR Administration & Data Management
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records, HR documentation, and contracts.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks in line with internal policies.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Assist in improving HR workflows and documentation.-
- Work closely with team leads and departments to support HR needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commit to 6 Months Internship Program
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Experience or exposure to recruitment in the creative industry, including designers, content creators, or project-based talents.
- Familiar with portfolio-based screening and creative hiring workflows is a plus.
- Organized, communicative, and eager to learn.
WHAT WILL YOU GET
- Internship Remuneration (Rp. 500.000/month).- Practical experience in recruitment and onboarding for creative roles.

- Hybrid (09.00 – 17.00 WIB) WFO: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and WFH: Tuesday, Thursday
