Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We are now looking for young, talented and motivated individual to join our internship program as Intern Admin HRD.
Position : Internship
Job Description :
- Input, update, and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS.
- Organize and maintain employee personal files and HR documentation in a structured and confidential manner.
- Prepare regular HR reports, including current job vacancies, daily applicant updates, and other HR-related reports.
- Monitor employees’ daily attendance records and ensure the accuracy of attendance data.
- Assist with scheduling initial interviews and preparing onboarding documents for new employees.
- Prepare drafts of employment contracts, employment verification letters, and other official HR correspondence.
- Assist in communicating and ensuring employees’ understanding of applicable HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree or background in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Must have a personal laptop/device.
