Responsibilities:
Handle office administration, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and filing documents to ensure a smooth flow of office work.
Keep track of office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and identifying what needs to be restocked or purchased.
Coordinate logistics for office activities and events, such as arranging for refreshments, transportation, or accommodation.
Check office facilities regularly for any issues and report any damage or repairs that are needed.
Communicate with vendors and external parties to support various office needs.
Assist with events class support, both locally and out of town.
Report on General Affairs spending.
Qualification:
Available for a minimum of 6 months
Willing to work on site Yogyakarta
Last semester student or fresh graduate in any major
Have strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay close attention to detail and are good at managing your time.
Comfortable using office applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Must have a valid driver's license for both a car and a motorcycle.
