Deskripsi pekerjaan Internship Digital Marketing English1 (YHA Group)

Responsibilities:

* Managing social media that is appropriate and consistent with the brand identity

* Plan and create a weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with national and center campaigns

* Driving content and strategy that generate leads

* Create engaging content: short-form videos (Reels), photos, captions, and stories
* Build & mantain relationship with partner (schools, institution, or community)

* Training provided

* Opportunity to be a full timer

Requirements:

* Graduated from University Students, Fresh Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

* Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar

* Familiar with Canva or graphic design basics for social media

* Good sense of trends, aesthetics, and storytelling for different age groups (kids, teens, parents)

* Creative thinker with a good eye for design and engagement

* Organized, proactive, and excited to work in the education sector

* Positive attitude, creative, flexible, and great spirit team

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
