Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We are now looking for young, talented and motivated individual to join our internship program as Intern Designer & Communication Support.

Job Description :
- Coordinate between branch PICs and the Design team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist in preparing clear and structured design briefs for project needs.
- Maintain clear communication with teams through strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications :
- Active university student or fresh graduate in Communication or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in the creative industry and workflow/project management.
- Able to manage team tasks and coordinate multiple projects effectively
- Familiar with social media platforms and AI tools to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Familiar with Notion or other project management tools is a plus.
