Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We are now looking for young, talented and motivated individual to join our internship program as Intern Customer Support.
Position : Internship
Job Responsibilities :
- Record, document, and conduct initial assessments of client reports, requests, and requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and follow up on task progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform testing and quality checks on fixes, updates, and enhancements before they are delivered to clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding the progress and status of reported issues and requested changes.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting minutes, key takeaways, and action items.
- Assist in managing and monitoring website and application maintenance tasks, including task prioritization and deadline tracking.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and assist with content input, updates, and maintenance across websites.
Qualification :
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, web browsers, and iOS/Android devices.
- Interested in Customer Support, websites, applications, and technology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
