PT. Multi Kontrol Nusantara (“MKN”) was established in 1984. It is a fully owned subsidiary of Indonesia Group conglomerate Bakrie & Brothers. MKN put its footprint as ICT infrastructure player covering business in the key areas of system integrator, network service and multimedia service. MKN has displayed sound performance for its pivotal role as provider for end to end ICT services. To run the operation, MKN is supported by principals/partners, and has continued to excel in providing efficient ICT solutions to over hundred companies in Indonesia. Started with system integrator business which categorize as project based, MKN has diversified its portfolio to recurring income driven business. MKN develop, own and operate key network transmission infrastructure of fiber optic and radio (microwave) strategically located in Indonesia. These are then synergized with highly profitable content and transaction based business in what so called quadruple play service consisting of telephony, data, TV and mobility. In the last 2 years, MKN registered extraordinary growth with establishment of strategic business units. To ensure control, it strictly implements good corporate governance across organization as well as put high concerns on safety. In 2010, MKN obtained ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
