Cognitia Launchpad is a professional development initiative designed for final-year undergraduate students and fresh graduates seeking meaningful industry exposure beyond conventional academic learning. Through hands-on project involvement, collaborative learning, and real-world professional experiences, participants will develop practical skills, analytical thinking, adaptability, and professional readiness within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
The program provides direct exposure to ongoing projects and day-to-day business operations, while also serving as a platform for participants to explore career interests, strengthen professional capabilities, and build valuable industry experience. High-performing participants may also be considered for future opportunities within Cognitia and network.
Program Details
- Participant: Final-year undergraduate students (8th semester) and fresh graduates within a maximum of one year after graduation who are eager to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Study Major: All study backgrounds are welcome to participate
- Period: 4 Months, starting from June to September 2026
- Program Setting: Hybrid Setting - 3 days in office
- Location: Surabaya
