Job Description:
- Manage and grow studio social media presence (Instagram - PRB Renon Bali), including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Capture and document studio activities through photo and video content that meets company standards, supporting social media and promotional needs with defined monthly targets.
- Handle incoming leads, walk-in prospects, and client inquiries professionally and responsively.
- Present studio programs, memberships, and promotions to prospective and existing clients.
- Build positive relationships with members and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in content creation, comfortable shooting and editing photos/videos (Reels, short-form content) using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Lightroom/Premiere, or similar
- Good eye for visual storytelling and understanding of current social media trends (Instagram Reels, Stories)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Willing to work shift schedules
