Job Description:
- Oversee and manage the asset lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, focusing on its operation.
- Help maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset database.
- Conduct periodic physical audits and stock opname, including verifying asset conditions and locations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure correct asset valuation, depreciation, and budget planning.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to asset loss, misuse, or inefficient allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to asset management.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final-semester students (S1/D4) in Asset Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Having internship experience in asset management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end asset management processes, including acquisition, tracking, auditing, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop strategies for asset optimization and lifecycle planning.
- Proficiency in digital tracking tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure accurate asset tracking and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk mitigation in asset management.
