📌 Internship Admin – Campaign Operations

📅 Internship Duration: 3 - 6 Months.

Job Description:

This position will serve as a key administrative support in the execution of Ubiklan’s advertising campaigns. The selected intern will work closely with the Campaign Operations team to ensure all campaign activities run smoothly, are well-documented, and support coordination across internal teams and external partners.

🎯 Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Campaign Operations team with administrative tasks and campaign documentation.
2. Input and update campaign data into internal systems (dashboards, spreadsheets, and other tools).
3. Help monitor campaign progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
4. Coordinate with other departments (sales - finance) regarding campaign data and status.
5. Support other operational tasks as needed by the team.

1. Ready to join ASAP.
2. Domiciled in West Jakarta or South Tangerang.
3. Recent graduate majoring in Administration, Management, Communications, or related fields.
4. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
5. Proficient in using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
6. Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to meet deadlines.
7. Good communication skills and a team player.
8. Interest in advertising or media industries is a plus.
