Job Description
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies to support brand growth in overseas markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, consumer trends, and market potential.
- Manage and coordinate international marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with distributors, partners, and overseas stakeholders to ensure effective brand communication and campaign execution.
- Adapt marketing materials, content, and campaigns to suit local market preferences and cultural differences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Support product launches and brand expansion initiatives in international markets.
- Manage international exhibitions, trade shows, and business events when required.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, market updates, and business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, International Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of international markets, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience handling overseas distributors, business partners, or international projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance.
- Familiar with digital marketing platforms, social media, and international marketing trends.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
