Deskripsi pekerjaan International Logistics Executive (English Speaker) PT. PRIME HARMONY TRUST
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related majors are preferred)
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for daily communication
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of international trade or logistics processes is an advantage
- Willing to work full-time in Gresik, East Java
Job Responsibilities:
- Support export-import logistics operations, mainly sea freight shipments
- Coordinate vessel bookings, cargo shipments, and port arrival follow-ups
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation partners
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)
- Monitor shipment progress and report any issues promptly
- Coordinate with factories and warehouses to support stuffing and shipping activities
- Maintain logistics data and prepare operational reports
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
