International B2B Appointment Setter (Bahasa Indonesia)

Location: Indonesia (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Earn Up to IDR 16,000,000+ Per Month

Do you enjoy talking to people and building relationships? Are you motivated by performance and want the opportunity to earn more than a standard salary?

We’re looking for Bahasa Indonesia-speaking Appointment Setters to join our international sales team. You’ll be speaking with business professionals, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified meetings for our clients across Singapore, Australia, Europe, the UK, and the United States.

You don’t need to close deals. Your job is to start conversations and create opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to business prospects using the provided lead lists.
  • Speak with decision-makers and introduce our clients’ solutions.
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand business needs
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our clients.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp when needed.
  • Confirm that scheduled meetings take place.
  • Update notes and activities accurately in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly meeting targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or outbound sales
  • Confident in making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer.
