In the fast-paced world of Test & Measurement, precision is everything. Not just in our solution/product, but in how we support our customers. Haliatech, We are looking for dedicated Internal Sales Engineer and Assistant Internal Sales Engineer to join our “Engine Room”.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Support Field Sales team in achieving quarterly and annually sales target.
- Prepare formal technical quotations and accurately check proforma invoices, ensuring correct part numbers and up-to-date pricing.
- Maintain the sales funnel for partners and principals, generate weekly and monthly forecast reports.
- Manage vendor registration processes and prepare administrative documents for tenders or large projects.
- Track Purchase Orders (POs) from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Review bill of materials (BOM) for technical accuracy before sending quotes to customers.
- Conduct initial technical screening of inbound inquiries to determine eligibility for Field Sales follow-up
- Serve as the internal point of contact for principals/partners regarding weekly meeting, stock availability, technical documentation, and deal registration.
- Provide customers with necessary technical datasheets, application notes, and calibration certificates.
- Prepare internal sales report based on CRM data and ensure all lead interactions and deal stages are updated.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Sales Administration, preferably within the Test & Measurement or Industrial Automation industry
- Ability to read technical specifications and a basic understanding of measurement systems (e.g., DAQ, sensors, or power supplies).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for generating sales forecasts and funnel reports.
- Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work undertight deadlines.
