Responsibilities:

· Developing and execute internal audit plans and programs.

· Conducting operational and financial audits effectively.

· Prepare and present comprehensive internal audit reports.

· Ensure audit documentation is complete, systematic, and timely.

· Monitor and follow up on audit findings and recommendations.

· Investigate potential fraud cases when necessa

· Collaborate with different departments within the organization to understand business operations and identify potential risks.

· Monitor remediation efforts to ensure identified issues are addressed timely.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing.

· QIA/CIA certification is an advantage.

· Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and financial aspects.

· Familiarity with SAP and ISO systems.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

· Willing to travel frequently and be based in Jakarta.
