Internal Audit Supervisor

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to ensure compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes. You'll work closely with our team to identify risks, develop audit strategies and monitor implementation of audit recommendations.

Responsibilities

1. Audit Planning: Develop and implement annual audit plans.

2. Testing and Evaluation: Conduct operational, financial and compliance audits.

3. Risk Identification: Identify and analyze business and operational risks.

4. Strategy Development: Develop audit strategies to mitigate risks.

5. Reporting: Prepare and present audit reports to management.

6. Recommendations and Implementation: Provide improvement recommendations and monitor implementation.

7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.

8. Collaboration: Work with external audit teams and regulators.

9. Team Development: Support internal audit team development.

10. Monitoring: Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

2. CIA, CPA or CMA certification.

3. Minimum 5 years of internal or external audit experience.

4. Experience in real estate or property development.

5. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively.

7. Experience in the property development industry is preferred
