Deskripsi pekerjaan INTERN PROJECT MANAGER NBS (nusantara beta studio)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project management documentation.
- Support application release activities and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Monitor application performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in tracking and coordinating reported bugs, issues, and application maintenance requests.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure issues are properly documented and addressed.
- Assist in preparing periodic application maintenance reports and documentation.
- Support the team in monitoring issue resolution based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or active university students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields are welcome to apply.
- Understand IT project development methods such as agile, waterfall, kanban etc
- Understand software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiar with using project management tools, such as Clickup, Jira, etc
- Familiar with using application monitoring tools, such as crashlytic, appstore, playstore, gravana etc
- Have good communication skills with colleagues, superiors and clients
- Have good time management skills
- Have good analytical skills
- Neat, careful and structured in receiving and conveying information, both written and spoken
