Responsibilities
• Entry data such as item, customer/vendor, and Sales Order (SO)
• Monitoring Request For Quotation (RFQ) and PO (Purchase Order) from Customer
• Detailing RFQ’s item for supporting sourcing process
• Manage data revision in database for supporting finance and accounting data conformity
• Coordinating with other division/unit for effective and efficient works within Operational process
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Honest, active and pay attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiar Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Computer literate
• Ready to work full time at Yogyakarta
