What You’ll Do:
Assist in compiling, preparing, and designing professional proposals/programs, ensuring alignment with company branding.
- Gather information and insights to strengthen proposals and support decision-making.
- Support budgeting plans and monitor project budgets throughout the life cycle.
- Create visually appealing layouts using design tools for graphs, charts, and other visual elements.
- Ensure proposals meet company standards and deliver a polished final product
What We’re Looking For:
- Final-year university student in Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Skilled in creating compelling and professional proposals, including layout design, graphics, and visual elements using tools like Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity in presenting ideas.
- Preferably has experience in proposal development or program planning through internships, organizational activities, or academic projects.
- Willing to work on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
