Job Description

• Implement culture initiatives to ensure that our culture transformation maintains momentum and implemented in the workplace
• Participate in several Culture internalization projects
• Managing employee engagement activities through a range of initiatives including business updates, performance management, value awards, etc.
• Analyse patterns in employee data to further shape engagement activities in order to maximize measurable impact.
• Design Coaching and Counseling programs for employees
• In partnership with HR Team, evolve recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding programs
