Job Description
- Implement culture initiatives to ensure that our culture transformation maintains momentum and implemented in the workplace
- Participate in several Culture internalization projects
- Managing employee engagement activities through a range of initiatives including business updates, performance management, value awards, etc.
- Analyse patterns in employee data to further shape engagement activities in order to maximize measurable impact.
- Design Coaching and Counseling programs for employees
- In partnership with HR Team, evolve recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding programs
Job Requirement
- Willing to learn about Culture & Engagement
- Excellent Interpersonal skills & public speaking skills
- High creativity, ideation, and capability to think out of the box
- Strong project management skill, critical thinking, and analytical thinking
- Understands employee engagement and onboarding process
