PENEMPATAN BATAM
Responsibilities
- Find and onboard KOLs, creators, and media that align with Mecoo's values.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, agencies, and partners.
- Manage communications and collaborations between the brand and external talents.
- Execute KOL strategies for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Handle negotiations, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Stay updated on social trends, creators, and opportunities in the luxury and lifestyle industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, Influencer Marketing, PR, Partnerships, or Community Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Passionate about home living, home cooking, and kitchenware, etc
- Familiar with social media platforms and influencer trends.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
