About the Role
You’ll help turn plans into progress. As a Project Management Intern, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure every task, deadline, and deliverable stays on track. You’ll learn how fast-growing companies manage complex projects—balancing structure, speed, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
• Support project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, notes, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain project dashboards, documentation, and timelines.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
• Identify blockers and help ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Github, Coda.
• Strong sense of ownership—able to follow through on commitments.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
Bonus Points
• Previous internship or committee experience in operations, events, or startups.
• Interest in project management, consulting, or product development.
