WE'RE HIRING — HR INTERN
Job Description:
- Creating and publishing job postings across various recruitment platforms
- Sourcing and screening candidates in accordance with the required qualifications
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring users
- Preparing, administering, and scoring psychological tests as required for each position
- Conducting initial HR interviews and preparing candidate assessment reports
- Managing recruitment administration, including the candidate database, documentation, and recruitment progress reporting
- Supporting the onboarding process for successful candidates
- Assisting with other related HR administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Female, aged 23–25 years
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, or a final-year Psychology student
- Must have a background in Psychology (other majors will not be considered)
- Able to understand, administer, and interpret psychological assessment tools
- Proficient in the end-to-end recruitment process (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, communicative, a strong team player, with good time-management skills
- Able to maintain data confidentiality
- Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) with placement in Bogor
