Key Responsibilities:
- Support Design Team in creating simple design materials for social media, e-commerce, internal needs, and daily requests.
- Assist with resizing, layout adaptation, and basic visual adjustments based on existing templates or guidelines.
- Help prepare visual assets, mockups, references, and working files.
- Revise designs based on feedback from the assigned mentor or Lead Designer.
- Learn and follow brand guidelines, design workflow, and file organization standards.
- Work under the supervision of the Lead Designer and receive daily guidance from Senior / Junior Designers based on assigned tasks.
- Ask for feedback and approval from the assigned mentor before submitting final output.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in design or creative background is a plus, but other relevant backgrounds are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Family, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design tools.
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Interested in beauty, FMCG, social media, and digital design.
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
- Able to follow instructions and work with the team.
