Graphic Designer//Creative Designer (Canva & Adobe)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! If you enjoy turning ideas into impactful visuals and love working on social media, digital content, and branding materials, we’d love to meet you.
Job Responsibilities
* Create engaging visual designs for Instagram content (carousel, feed, stories, and other social media assets).
* Design digital materials such as e-books, presentation decks, posters, event collaterals, and marketing assets.
* Develop creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
* Produce simple video edits using CapCut when needed.
* Maintain visual consistency across House of Leaders and Brand and Purpose.
* Upload design assets and support content publishing.
* Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaign concepts.
* Ensure all deliverables are completed according to deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
Qualifications
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Proficient in Canva and able to create designs from scratch.
* Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
* Familiar with CapCut for basic video editing.
* Has a good eye for layout, typography, color, and overall visual aesthetics.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and able to receive feedback positively.
* Able to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Nice to Have
* Portfolio is preferred.
* Experience designing for social media or personal brands.
* Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
* Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus.
