Deskripsi pekerjaan Intern Finance and Accounting Dwinanto Strategic Legal Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recording transactions that occur in the Company
- Handling bank and cash transactions, invoices, and collecting invoice payment
- Processing expenditures or payments
- Handling tax income (PPh) and Value Added Tax (PPN)
- Creating and implementing office procedure/system
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and other office matters)
- Fulfill regular financial reporting requirements to supervisor and Partner including but not limited to office expenses and budgets
- Manage contract and price negotiation with office vendors
- Supporting others in operational/administrative duties
- Able to star immediately for 3 months
Requirements:
- Preference will be given to graduates of vocational high schools (SMK) majoring in accounting.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the same position
- Good knowledge of finance, accounting, bookkeeping, and preferably tax
- Holding finance certifications is more preferred
- Adept in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage and work on multiple assignments
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and proactive
