Intern Finance Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting activities, including data entry and documentation
• Support the preparation and organization of financial records and reports
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable administration
• Help maintain accurate and orderly filing of accounting and tax documents
• Support the finance/accounting team in month-end closing activities
• Assist in basic tax-related tasks such as data preparation and reconciliation

Job Accountability:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data entered into the system
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information
• Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines
• Follow company accounting procedures and internal controls
• Proactively report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team
